Images stay in the browser tools

Images selected in the tools are processed locally in your browser. The application has no file-upload API and does not intentionally transmit image contents to, or store them on, the server. Generated downloads are created in your browser.

This does not mean that a website visit is anonymous or that the hosting infrastructure receives no personal data.

Website requests and hosting

The site is hosted on a Contabo VPS and managed through Coolify. Coolify is deployment and server-management software; its use does not mean that it independently receives your image files.

Normal visits can expose technical request information to the hosting infrastructure, such as your IP address, browser or user-agent, requested URL, date and time, and security-related log information.

Technical logs may be used for security, troubleshooting and reliable operation. They are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and the configured hosting requirements. No fixed retention period is stated here because it depends on the hosting configuration.

Emails you send

Emails sent to contact@imagetoolsnow.com contain your email address and the information you choose to provide. This information is used to respond to your request and handle related administration. Please do not send sensitive images or confidential information.

Contact emails may be retained while needed to answer the request and meet legitimate administrative or legal obligations.

Current services and data use

The site currently has no user accounts, payments, newsletters, analytics tools, advertising scripts or non-essential cookies. ImageToolsNow does not sell personal data.

Where personal data is processed for security, reliable operation or responding to enquiries, the purpose is to support these legitimate interests. Processing may also be necessary to meet applicable legal obligations.

Reasonable care is taken with information, but no website, server or email system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, or restriction of processing. You may object to processing and request data portability where that right applies. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
